Mileage and Fees
All rentals include 85 miles round-trip from our showroom in Kingsland, Texas. Additional mileage may be purchased for $3 per mile beyond the included distance. Gas and tolls are included in every rental. Tips for drivers are always appreciated.

Photography & Media Use
By renting with Hill Country Vintage Vault, you grant permission for the use of any likeness of renters or passengers in photographs, videos, or other digital media (“photos”) for marketing purposes, including social media and web publications, without additional payment or consideration.

Professional Chauffeur Service
Each rental includes a professional driver, with fees covering up to two hours of service. The rental period begins when the driver arrives at your pickup location and ends at your final drop-off. The two-hour minimum applies regardless of whether the full time is used. Additional time can be purchased as needed.

Drivers arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and are dressed in professional attire.​

We consider this protection essential, unlike some competitors, we ensure that every rental is fully insured for your safety and confidence.

Vehicle Condition and Guarantee
We take great pride in maintaining our vehicles in excellent operating condition. However, as with all classic automobiles, unexpected mechanical issues can occur. Should a mechanical problem arise, we will promptly offer an alternative vehicle or a full refund.

Weather Policy
If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will notify you as soon as possible so you can make alternate arrangements.

Please note that our 1959 Rolls Royce does not operate in rainy conditions. If rain is expected, you may either select another vehicle or receive a full refund.
